Registration fees include attendance at the sessions, keynote speechs, tutorials, a copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches social events and presentation certificate.

Support for Participant for Registration Fees Reduction

We are pleased to announce that a limited number of reduced registration fees will be offered to participants who wish to attend the IPTA 2025 conference. 

These initiatives aim to support promising researchers with limited financial resources and to foster greater inclusion and diversity in the international research community.

Applicants interested in reduction fees are invited to submit the following document at the same time as their paper submission (deadline is the 31st may):

• A brief motivation letter including reference (Paper ID) and abstract of submitted paper to IPTA 2025

Once the applications have been reviewed and their submitted paper accepted, applicants will be informed about the registration procedure. We strongly encourage early applications, as the number of grants is limited.
