CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION:

The camera-ready format is the same as the submission format. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and provided templates. The camera-ready copy and the IEEE copyright-form of your paper are required before September, 23rd, 2016, coinciding with the early registration deadline.

Authors have to check that the PDF of their Camera-Ready complies with the IEEE Xplore requirements. Please, see below and follow the different steps.

IEEE PDF eXpress:

PDF eXpress is a service available for free. It helps IEEE conference authors to comply with the IEEE Xplore requirements for PDF files.

PDF eXpress provides:

  • A simple way to compare author-made PDFs to the IEEE Xplore requirements.
  • A robust PDF conversion engine to convert source application files to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.

  • 1. Select the New Users - Click Here link
  • 2. Enter the following:
    • the Conference ID: 38935X
    • your email address
    • a password
  • 3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Submit your camera-ready paper and IEEE Copyright-form:

In addition, Authors need to click "Submit IEEE Copyright Form". Authors will be redirected to IEEE eCF site to submit copyright form. After filling out the IEEE copyright form on eCF site, Authors need to download the form and upload it into CMT.

Publication:

All accepted papers, presented by one of the authors, are expected to be included, published and indexed by IEEE Xplore, published in conference proceeding under an ISBN reference and in USB-drive support. They will also be indexed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), Scopus and dblp Computer Science Bibliography. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
