The conference is in person, i.e., no hybrid conference.
No show policy
A paper which does not have an author registration or for which the presentation is not held will not be included in the published proceedings.
Registration fees
Registration fees include attendance at the sessions and tutorials coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
Each paper must have an author registered with a regular fee during the author registration period (student registration are not valid to cover a paper).
Each registration covers one paper, but extra papers can be added to a regular registration.
Registration Fees are as follows, note that the Author/Early Bird registration period is before April.
IEEE Members and Students have a discounted registration rate, note that the author registration for the paper can not be at student registration rate.
Registration for the IPTA 2022 includes the registration for the IWBF22.

Student Registrations
Students must upload a certificate of their status as a full-time student. The registration process will only be complete when the organization sends the registration confirmation.
Registration Steps
Registration is done via the PLUS Events Website (switch to english on the top right corner of the web page by clicking the flag). Just click on one of the links in the following table (the payment amounts in € are hyperlinks) to be redirected to the "correct" event. You need to create an account for the event registration and afterwards the payment can be done via credit card or Sofortüberweisung.
If you register as an Author and have an extra paper and/or accompanying person, you have to click the three links (Author, Extra Paper and Accompanying Person) and complete the payment for each of those separately. The account you created for the event registration for the first one can be of course used to do the other one/two as well.
Also note that the Early Bird Registration is only available till the 31.03. and the Regular Registration only starting from the 1st of April, 2022.
