Paper Submission

Papers must present original work not previously published or under review elsewhere.
Submissions should follow the standard IEEE conference format.
All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (subject to IEEE approval).
