Call for Special Session
Organize focused sessions on critical and emerging topics in image processing at IPTA 2026 in Kolkata, India.
About the Special Sessions
For the 15th International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications (IPTA 2026), to be held in Kolkata, India, from 16 to 19 December 2026, we are looking for researchers interested in organizing Special Sessions on critical and emerging topics in image processing.
Each Special Session is expected to include between 4 and 8 invited speakers. Presentations will be oral.
Invited contributors must submit papers for proceedings, which will undergo the standard peer-review process.

Special Session Organizer Registration
One Special Session Organizer Registration will cover the participation of two individuals associated with the organization of the Special Session.
If the Special Session includes additional organizers, speakers, or participants beyond the two individuals covered under the organizer registration, each additional person must complete a separate individual registration by paying the applicable registration fee.
- One Special Session Organizer Registration covers 2 persons.
- Any additional person must complete a separate individual registration.
- Each additional registration is subject to the applicable registration category and fee.
- The organizer registration is non-transferable and covers only the two individuals designated during registration.
