Registration Policy

Special Session Organizer Registration

One Special Session Organizer Registration will cover the participation of two individuals associated with the organization of the Special Session.

If the Special Session includes additional organizers, speakers, or participants beyond the two individuals covered under the organizer registration, each additional person must complete a separate individual registration by paying the applicable registration fee.

Registration Policy:
  • One Special Session Organizer Registration covers 2 persons.
  • Any additional person must complete a separate individual registration.
  • Each additional registration is subject to the applicable registration category and fee.
  • The organizer registration is non-transferable and covers only the two individuals designated during registration.
Policy

No Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as a registered participant who does not attend the conference, workshop, or scheduled sessions without prior notice or cancellation.

No-shows may result in the following consequences:

  • Loss of access to conference materials.
  • The paper will be removed from the official conference proceedings and digital library.
