Additional information

  • Oral presentation:
    • Duration: 15 minutes for actual presentation and 3 minutes for questions-answers. Session chairs are advised to stop the presentations after 15 minutes.
    • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of your session to meet the session chairs and test your presentation.

 

  • Posters:
    • The poster stand will allow for a vertical poster (portrait orientation) with a maximum width = 36 inches by length = 58 in (about 91.44 cm × 147.32 cm).
    • Place your poster on your allocated space for 14:00 on the day of your poster session.

 

  • The welcome cocktail will be held at the McCord Museum in downtown Montreal (at about 15 mins walking distance from the conference venue).

 

  • The banquet will be held at the Centre des sciences de Montréal in Old Montreal (at about 15 mins walking distance from the conference venue). The best paper awards will be announced during the banquet.
