Templates

Papers must be submitted in English and formatted according to the following instructions.

Please check and carefully follow the instructions provided in the templates which contains detailed instructions on formatting your document.

Authors should submit a paper of up to 6 A4 format pages, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure indicated below. IPTA 2017 follows a single-blind review process. Authors are required to include their names and affiliations in their papers.

Guidelines

After submission an optional acknowledgement (if selected) is sent by e-mail to contat author or to all authors. If the author does not manage the web-based procedure then he/she may send the paper by e-mail to the contact information attaching an additional file containing: the title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details, a list of keywords and an abstract.

2. Once the account has been created, you can access the paper submission interface to submit an abstract and upload the file of your paper. Please follow the instructions on:

Review process

IPTA 2017 follows a single-blind review process. Authors are required to include their names and affiliations in their papers. The scientific program committee will review all papers and rate them according to quality, relevance, correctness, and originality. The corresponding author of each paper will be informed by e-mail of the result of the technical committee’s decision.

Publications

A selection of the best papers from the conference will be invited to submit an extended version to special issues of the EURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing. A selection of the 3 best papers in the scope of Signal Processing: Image Communication will be invited to submit extended versions to the journal Signal Processing: Image Communication, Elsevier. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and will be submitted for indexing by EI.
